In which currency do you process the refunds?

We process refunds immediately. The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank’s processing speed, which may take a few business days.
Where do I go to request a refund?
To request a refund, please log in to your WPML.org account and visit the WPML Refunds page. If you have orders that fit within the 30-day refund window, you’ll see an option to request a refund.
Will WPML stop working after getting a refund?
If you already installed and registered WPML on your site, it will continue to work. However, you won’t be able to update WPML or any of our add-on plugins.
Using outdated plugins or themes can jeopardize your site’s functionality, especially with future WordPress updates.
WPML provides updates before each new WordPress release to prevent potential breaking issues. However, if you don’t renew WPML and continue using an outdated version, you risk site disruption.
